User Agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") regulates the relations between the owner of officialplatform.co.uk (hereinafter referred to as "officialplatform" or "Administration") on the one hand, and the website user on the other.

The officialplatform website is not a mass media outlet.

By using the site, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, do not use the officialplatform website!

Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The user has the right to:

• Search for information on the site
• Receive information on the site
• Use the information on the site for personal, non-commercial purposes

The Administration has the right to:

• At its discretion and as necessary, create, modify, or cancel rules
• Restrict access to any information on the site

The user agrees to:

• Not disrupt the functionality of the site
• Not use scripts (programs) for automated collection of information and/or interaction with the site and its services

The Administration agrees to:

• Maintain the functionality of the site, except when it is impossible due to reasons beyond the Administration's control

Responsibility of the Parties

The Administration is not responsible for services provided by third parties.

In the event of force majeure (e.g., hostilities, emergencies, natural disasters, etc.), the Administration does not guarantee the preservation of information posted by users or the uninterrupted operation of the information resource.

Terms of the Agreement

This Agreement comes into effect with any use of the site.

The Agreement ceases to be in effect upon the appearance of a new version.

The Administration reserves the right to unilaterally amend this Agreement at its discretion.

The Administration does not notify users of changes to the Agreement.

This Agreement is developed based on the legal documents of the Pravil Service.
